Elizabeth Woodville School is part of the Tove Learning Trust a highly successful, growing multi-academy trust. We are a thriving, aspirational, and inclusive 11-18 comprehensive community school with approximately 1100 students. Our school is located on two sites: Roade in Northamptonshire and Deanshanger on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. We are one school with both sites operating independently with a Head of School on each site, under the leadership of the Director of Secondary Education.

Teaching Assistant required for our Roade campus
Elizabeth Woodville School is separating into two individual schools in September 2026. Deanshanger will remain EWS and Roade will become Roade Village Academy. RVA is appointing a Teaching Assistant to support EHCP students across the school. The role involves flexible learning support, promoting self esteem and working with students aged eleven to sixteen. Literacy and numeracy at GCSE Grade C in Maths and English are required.
The ideal candidate has experience with young people, is approachable, flexible and committed to building confidence. A DBS disclosure and eligibility to work in the UK are essential. Training and development are offered and the trust supports staff in gaining further qualifications. We require a talented and committed IT Services Manager to join our vibrant and exciting school. You will strategically manage the development and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure, and provide an exceptional level of support.
This is an exciting time to join our Trust and become a key part of the IT team. We are currently delivering a newly developed IT strategy focused on building a cohesive, Trust-wide network and migrating all individual cloud systems into a single, unified platform.This transformation will break down barriers, enable greater collaboration across our 16 schools, and ultimately improve outcomes for all our pupils and staff.
For the right candidate, this role offers excellent long-term career prospects. As our centralized infrastructure evolves, there will be tangible opportunities to grow within the position —both within your school and across the wider Trust.
You will have:
● experience of managing support teams
● experience of working with clients and network infrastructure/systems
● problem solving and project management experience
● excellent communication skills, including negotiation and team working skills
● to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure
